FAQ
Is my file stored on a server?
No. The file is read and analyzed inside this browser only. It is never sent anywhere and is gone when you close the page.
What files can I upload?
xlsx, xls, and csv files up to 10 MB, 100,000 rows, and 100 columns. Row 1 must hold column names, with data from row 2.
My file won't upload.
Row 1 may be empty or the file may be too large. Check the message on screen. If the sheet has title rows or merged cells, remove them so only the table remains and save again.
Dates show as numbers, or a column is missing.
Change the type in Column types. Set dates to Date, and switch columns marked Excluded or Text to another type to include them.
What are the two lines and the grey band in trend charts?
The light line is the actual value and the dark line is the moving average. The grey "In progress" band marks a final period with partial data.
What does "first period = 100" mean?
Metrics with different units are rescaled so the first period equals 100, letting you compare them on one axis. 120 means 20% higher than at the start.
Are my changes saved?
Column types, KPI statistics, and PDF item choices are saved on this device and reapplied when you upload a file with the same columns. Cell values are never stored. Use Export / Import settings to move them to another device, and Ctrl+Z to undo a change.
I can't select text in the PDF.
The PDF is built from images of the page, so text can’t be selected or searched.
It's slow.
Keep only the columns you need or shorten the date range. Saving a large xlsx as csv also makes it faster to read.
